Because I need to "Lay the foundation" first. People are more likely to join an RP site that has most of it's boards then one that just has a nice code layout.

Just so it's understood first, I am not trying to be harsh. I see a lot of potential in this place, and I'm just trying to help out by pointing out a couple of things.
Spelling/Grammar
Overwhelming amount of forums
People are more likely to join a place if they can't spot a whole bunch of spelling and grammatical errors in the important things.
Also, if there are a lot of forums, sometimes it puts people off, and makes them wonder "will the admins actually have time to notice anything that goes on in my thread, or in my hold, when they have so many other places to also keep tabs on?" While I can personally understand why you want to have so many places, I also feel like it's just fair to warn you that it could very well put off other potential roleplayers.
Those things being said, however, I do see a lot of potential in this place, or I wouldn't have bothered making an account.

You make a good point... Just to say a head of time I'm just responding and in no way mean to make it seem like I'm protecting myself and the site for bashing in anyway or whatever... Yeah... Not the best with spelling and grammar and the sort, if you see a bad mistake then by all means tell me, I won't get my feelings hurt.
As for moderation, Chances are we'll see it eventually but the bast thing people can do if that scares them is to report it by PM... So yeah I do have a few kinks to work out in the system but if someone PMs me saying "Someone's breaking the rules in this thread" preferably with a link or "Could you check this out I don't like what _____'s doing" with a link then I'll get to it ASAP...
Anyways thanks for voicing those... If you hadn't I may never have fixed 'em...
Which gave me an idea...
